The Story


LT Burger in the Harbor is the brainchild of Chef Laurent Tourondel and Michael Cinque, owner of Amagansett Wines & Spirits. The duo's friendship began as one between customer and business owner, but over the years the pair became friends. The friendship grew into a brotherly bond when both men were stranded in France due to the ash cloud formed by the Icelandic volcano in April 2010. It was there that the plan to create LT Burger in the Harbor was set in motion and the family-friendly burger joint launched in Sag Harbor.
